Company’s standard Dual Piston 2P-64 Filler/Depositors are the classic workhorses of the baking
and food processing industry. They are easy to clean and operate, and are versatile and gentle on all
products. Large port openings permit filling of chunky ingredients without crushing. These labor-saving
filler/depositors improve quality when depositing large, delicate particulates damage-free. They reduce
costs with accurate filling and depositing into trays, bottles, cans and pouches, or when targeted onto
products. Standard features of the 2P-64 include: Air powered; 14 inches of height adjustment; locking
swivel casters; stainless steel construction with all contact parts of food-approved materials; fills from
fractions of an ounce to 64 ounces per piston with change cylinders; pneumatic dump system with
interlocked safety cover.

V2630 Flex Vision Inspection System
The V2630 Flex Vision Inspection System is an easy-to-install, easy-to-move and easy-to-use vision
inspection system for label, print and package inspection applications on flat, oriented products. The
V2630 offers users the ability to configure the system to meet their specific product inspection needs.
This adaptability also supports expanding production lines without the need to add new inspection
equipment. The V2630 is designed to be expandable, allowing manufacturers to add cameras to the
system as their inspection needs change. The system can support up to five cameras and ten lights,
as needed, making it flexible enough to meet a wide variety of product inspections. The V2630 can
perform multiple inspections of a target package simultaneously, for ID/OD, ovality, gross formation
defects, label positioning, label quality, closure application, fill level, 1D and 2D bar codes, graphical
presence and quality, and the presence and readability of alphanumeric codes. It adapts to increases in
production line speeds, ensuring that no product leaves the facility without being inspected.

FC-200 Sanitary Design Shrink Bander
The FC-200 Sanitary Design Shrink Bander is a robust, flexible
system engineered specifically for containers used for ice cream,
spreads, oatmeal, yogurt and dried fruit. Fully mechanical, these
systems perform without vacuum or pneumatic devices, or spinning
knives — the three major causes of difficulty and downtime. Equally
important, it meets all sanitary environment criteria, including
requirements related to construction, access, ease of cleaning and
hygiene. FC-200 Series Shrink Banders operate at 30 to 300 cpm
and use dual servos for greatest reliability in product handling and
sleeve feeding. It is ideally suited for the application of tamper
evident shrink bands to tapered and straight-walled tubs, including
both traditional round containers and the “sqround” containers (oval
“square rounds”) now popular in the ice cream industry. F Series
Shrink Banders apply tamper evident bands 1 to 2. 3 inches ( 25 to
60 mm) high and 2. 5 to 6.75 inches (63 to 172 mm) in diameter.
