ACCU-CHILL® bottom-injection chilling system
cryogenically chills proteins from the bottom of
mixers/blenders. For use with ground meat, poultry
or seafood. Temperature can be controlled
within ±1.0º F, helping ensure consistent
product quality and repeatable mixing and
forming operations. Product can use either
liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) or liquid nitrogen
(LIN). Injecting CO2 or nitrogen from the bottom of the mixer/blender as a liquid utilizes
most of the refrigeration available so it is
immediately available to the chilling process.
Company can retrofit its ACCU-CHILL BI system to existing mixers or design and install
a customized chilling system when upgrading to new mixing or grinding equipment.

Ethyl Alcohol Liquid Freezer
TOMIN ethyl alcohol liquid freezers produce the same
quality product as a liquid nitrogen freezer at similar
speeds, but at one-tenth the running cost. Freezers rely
on the superior thermal conductivity of liquid to achieve
a 20-fold increase in freezing speed when compared
to air blast freezers. Rapid freezing maintains cellular
integrity by reducing the size of crystals formulated at
the molecular level resulting in fresher, moister, more
flavorful products. Freezer line ranges from a small,
4’x2’ manual 45lb/hour capacity freezer suitable for
retailers or specialty processors to large fully automated
commercial three-stage conveyor systems capable of
freezing up to 5,700lbs/hr.
