INDUSTRY TARGET:
Cartoning and
End-of-Line Packaging
Company offers two different approaches for cartoning and end-of-line
packaging. To pack light-weight products, new delta robotic technology
ensures smooth transfer of the packages for flexible pack patterns. For
packages with higher payloads, the new case packer offers high flexibility with a wide range of bag and case sizes and styles. It is designed
for quick changeovers to accommodate vertical (stand up) or horizontal
(lay flat) bag orientation.

Label Dispenser
Company’s label dispensers use integrated control and drive electron-
ics with servo technology to allow exact positioning of the labels on
the packs. The two models available have a label backing strip width
of 50-300mm – one for the grey area and a second one designed for
use under the strictest hygiene require-
ments. An example of this is the tool-free
label roll change, which allows the flanged
disc to be operated with just one hand. The
loading path accelerates product changes
through the small number of deflection
rollers. Since the height of the dis-
penser and the dispensing edge are
adjustable, the new label dispenser
can be adapted to different prod-
ucts so that downtime can be min-
imized. The new label dispensers
are operated using Company’s HMI
control terminals MC 10 or HMI 2.0,
with which even difficult-to-reach
label dispensers or ones installed
overhead can be controlled easily
and reliably.
