The DEMON® treatment system is designed
for the removal of nitrogen from wastewater.
The system provides reliable performance and
numerous benefits over traditional nitrifica-tion-denitrification systems, making it suitable
for food and beverage processing facilities
that have wastewater streams with high ammonia concentrations. The system not only
reduces pollutants in wastewater, but can also
play an important role in wastewater treatment energy self-sufficiency. The reductions in
carbon source and energy consumption also
lead to reduced treatment costs. Other benefits include reductions in ammonia load and
reduced sludge handling volumes, as well as
less greenhouse gas production. The system
features ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB),
which convert half the ammonia to nitrite.

lights. The EPL-FL1524-LED-120X12-C1D2-50 Hazardous Area LED Work Light combines the high
power and cool operation of LEDs with 12-volt operation. This drop light is designed similarly to a
standard fluorescent drop light, but offers improved performance and durability through the inclusion
of a 15-watt LED tube lamp instead of the usual fragile fluorescent tube. This unit produces more
light output than a standard 100-watt incandescent drop light, has no glass to shatter or break, has
no filament and runs only slightly warm to the touch. This product eliminates issues associated with
accidental burns, lamp failures from dropping
and impacts. The unit produces 1,450 lumens
of clean white light output from only 15 watts
of power consumption.
